Food had great flavor and the waiter was extremely nice. We will be back!

A nice quiet place to eat with good food. This was the best wonton soup I’ve ever had with delicious broth, veggies and wontons. The lo mein was also very good and had lots of veggies. We’ll come back next time we’re in town (the food was better than the fusion place down the street).

I love this place, I take myself out to lunch here often and it never disappoints. Very tasty food, always the same sweet waiter when I come in to eat. Very courteous and kind, great little spot

Great! Right at downtown Baker City. Friendly staff. Seating looked fine but I got take out. The food was exactly what you are looking for when craving Chinese. Big menu with lots of options.

The lady who owns this restaurant and her son and husband who also work there, are great people. They work hard all day every day. They are so kind and the son is so polite and respectful. They are really great people and I wish them health and happiness forever.

My wife knows that I'm a Chinese food junkie so she suggested that we eat at Mulan Garden tonight. I was very hesitant since having a poor dining experience there years ago but decided to give it another try since the other place in town has been absolutely horrible the last few times. Well let me tell you something.... no more driving to Lagrande to get decent Chinese food. We ordered 6 items off the menu. We tried both soups which were excellent. Our food arrived and it was not only fresh and tasty but very good portions. We will definitely be coming back for sure. If you want the absolute best Chinese food in Baker City then Mulan Garden is where you want to eat.

Went out for dinner here for my birthday and the food was super good everyone loved the food great place Favorite dish was the broccoli chicken it was super good

It's very clean and quiet, and the owner was kind and helpful to the customers. The food was also tasty.
